The Story
Three decades, one throughline.
I've spent the last 30 years in Contract Interiors, across dealerships, manufacturing, and consulting. I've sat on nearly every side of the table: selling, specifying, leading teams, and advising the companies that shape the modern workplace.
The thing I've seen over and over: smart, ambitious people enter this industry and spend their first year, sometimes their first three, feeling lost. Not because they aren't capable. Because no one ever sat them down and explained how the whole system actually works. How manufacturers, dealers, reps, designers and clients connect. How a project really moves from idea to installation. Where influence lives, and how pricing connects to it.
Product training tells you what you sell. Almost no one teaches how the industry itself works. That gap is what slows good people down.
I built CORE Foundations to close that gap. Short, honest, structured. The version of the orientation I wish I'd had on day one, delivered in a format that fits a working professional's week.
Today I'm the Founder of Embark CCT and Co-Founder of The Collaborative Network. I host The Trend Report Podcast, an inside look at the people, products and ideas shaping the future of workplace design.
